This is a quiet painting I made using one of our houseplants as a model. I love the shapes of the leaves and the movement of the stems and wanted to play with how to arrange them on a painting to create a harmonious and calming composition.

This is an original oil painting, signed on the front and hand labeled on the back by the artist. It is painted on cotton canvas stretched on wood stretcher bars. The canvas is gallery wrapped, meaning that the sides are smooth and painted white. It is 1.5 inch thick, wired in the back and ready to hang.
