lease artwork

Are you looking for beautiful artwork for your home or workspace? Are you a designer who needs bright contemporary artwork for a house staging? I can make that happen. Find all the details here.

shipping

After you place an order for an original painting, I will contact you by phone or email to make sure that the shipping address entered during check out is actually where you’d like to have the painting delivered. Artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped within the week payment is received. Pieces larger than 40 x 40 inches may require additional time. When you purchase an artwork, it will be shipped via USPS Priority, UPS or Fedex in the United States and via Fedex for international orders. Large and multi-panel paintings may be shipped by private carrier (additional charges apply – see below). When you receive a painting, I ask that you please inspect it before signing for the delivery.

For international shipping, some countries may charge tax or customs fees to deliver the work. (For example, France charges an art tax for imported artworks.)

drawings & works on paper

Drawings and other small works on paper are shipped flat in a cardboard envelope and shipped USPS priority within the US and Fedex for international orders.

large (over 40 x 40 inches) and multi-panel paintings

Before ordering larger works (over 40 x 40 inches) or comprised of multiple canvases or panels, please email me the name of the piece you would like and your address. If it’s an especially large painting (any dimension over 40 inches) I will call or email you to discuss possible delivery dates  before hiring a truck and scheduling the delivery. Then I’ll confirm the date with you (and time if I’m delivering the work myself locally). I will carefully pack up your painting so it’s ready for its travels and your painting will be shipped within 2 weeks (depending on the shipper’s schedule or the schedule we set).

unsure about an artwork?

Do you have a spot in mind for a painting, but are not 100% sure how it will look in your space? If you take a photo of your wall and email it to me with the name of the painting you want, I’ll digitally insert the painting in your space and email it back to you. This way you can get an idea of what it will look like before you buy the painting. Voila! (For best results, take a photo facing the wall (not from an angle) and be sure the photo is well-lit – natural light works! Please also specify the width of the area your photographed.) Email me the photo at create@jessicasingerman.com

returns

When you receive your artwork, please inspect it before signing for delivery, to be sure it hasn’t incurred any damage in shipping. In the unforeseen circumstance that it arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can assess the damage.

If you are not satisfied with an artwork, you will have 5 days to contact me and let me know that you’ll return it. I will send you directions.
