I'll finally be back in Philly at the end of the month. Beginning Monday June 2nd, I will be teaching a yoga for athletes class at a brand new studio: Yoga on the Ridge!

I just found out that I'll be guiding a 1/2 Cross Country US trip soon... Santa Barbara, CA to Taos, NM in 14 days. Woohoo!

I will be out of the country for work from the beginning of January through the end of February. Looking forward to it! (03.08 added: I was in Costa Rica by the way. It is officially my new favorite country.)
